New clients
The first step to becoming a client at the Ranch is to complete our intake form and create an account within our encrypted, web-based, and HIPAA-Compliant Electronic Medical Records system called ClinicSource.
EXISTING clients
Login to ClinicSource to:
- Access therapy records
- View upcoming appointments
- Review policies and procedures
- Receive notifications
Enroll in Bill Pay
Help our practice be paperless! Enroll in bill pay and then access your Kareo account to securely pay your bill by credit card. You can also view statements, invoices, and payment history. If you need support, please contact us.
